...to Caroline Castigliano to get the buttons on my dress sewn on more tightly (a few of them came loose during my pre-wedding photo shoot). I hired a car to take me there with the dress but because of roadworks, it took me almost an hour and a half. On the way back, I decided to brave the underground with my dress, which wasn't as bad as expected. My arms were quite tired by the time I got home but I saved myself a cab fare of £20 at least.
Service was great as usual (if a bit brusque). Gabriella, the fitter, apparently left quite suddenly. Hmm...I also got a few additional swatches of my dress, just in case.
It was nice visiting again and seeing other brides trying on the lovely dresses!
