My wedding planner and I...

...have been tardy indeed! The hardcopy wedding invites are not out yet! Panic all around!!!

Okay, calm down. Few reasons not to panic:

1. Most of the people who are going already know they are invited and have already been told the dates. With exception with one or two nutters (mostly friends of ours) who accidentally booked a golf holiday the same weekend, despite being reminded about the dates for the past year and a bit. You know who you are. Did I also neglect to mention my MOH "forgot" where I was having my Chinese Banquet and she was caught out when asking me what I thought about that location for her own banquet?!! Come on people, get with the programme!!!
2. Most of our friends have opted for e-invites to save the trees (okay, maybe because they will usually toss away the invites upon receiving them!).
3. There's no point panicking as it's too late to panic. 
4. Panicking is bad for health.

Bridal meltdown aside, we chose quite a traditional Bible verse for our invites.
1 Corinthians 13:4–8a

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. 

Unfortunately, it is kind of lengthy, we had to resort to the end bits of that chapter.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
